INGREDIENTS:
For the Cold Foam:

2–3 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
For the Latte Base:

1 cup coconut water (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a small cup or frother, combine the heavy cream, milk, and Golden Root mix. Froth until light and fluffy — it should double in volume and form a smooth, golden foam.
2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the coconut water.
3. Gently spoon or pour the golden cold foam over the iced coconut water.
4. Stir gently if desired, or leave it layered. Either way, kick back and enjoy!
