Refund Policy

We will review all refund request on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refund, partially refund, or not refund at our discretion. If a customer wishes to initiate a return and refund, please send an email to info@goldenroot.co or use the Contact Us form located at the bottom of our website and explain why you would like a refund. Returns and refunds must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days or else refunds will not be offered. If a refund if accepted, a customer can expect a refund in their account within 5-10 business days. We stand by our products and will do what we can to make your experience right. Returns and refunds will NOT be allowed for shipping delays.
