Returns and refunds must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days or else refunds will not be offered. If a refund if accepted, a customer can expect a refund in their account within 5-10 business days. We stand by our products and will do what we can to make your experience right. Returns and refunds will NOT be allowed for shipping delays.
