Golden Root Turmeric Smoothie

Smoothie season has arrived! Give your smoothie an added anti-inflammatory and antioxidant boost with our caffeine-free turmeric latte mix. This is one of our favorite squash-based smoothie recipes because of it's creamy texture, turmeric spiced flavor, and superfood toppings.

I N G R E D I E N T S :
    • 1 1/2 cup of roasted then frozen acorn squash
    • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree or 1/2 cup yogurt
    • 1 cup non-dairy milk
    • 1 tbsp each peanut butter + almond butter
    • 2 tsp of Golden Root Sugar Free turmeric latte mix
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
    • 1 cup water (more as needed for desired consistency)
       
      I N S T R U C T I O N S :

      Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Top with pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs.
